Name a book written by an author called Michael

SO… I technically managed to answer this prompt! For this prompt I have gone with Starve Acre, by Andrew Michael Hurley – while Michael may not be the author’s first name, it is part of the name so I’m going with it because it is the only book I could recall. This book was definitely an interesting and spooky read!
Name a book with a Dragon on the cover

And what a magnificent dragon it is! I’ve also read the sequel to this aswell (Book Review: The Hunger Of The Gods (The Bloodsworn Saga #2), by John Gwynne), so The Shadow Of The Gods (The Bloodsworn Saga #1), by John Gwynne easily came to mind for this prompt! It is also a fantastic read with some very brilliant characters!
Name a book written by an author with the surname Smith
I honestly do not think I have a book on any of my shelves by an author with the surname Smith! But if any of you have any recs then let me know!
Name a book set in Australia
I have been racking my brain and I cannot think of a single book set in Australia on my prospective, physical, or digital shelves. Tell me, BookNerds, am I missing out on any amazing books that are set in Australia??
Name a book with the name of a Month in the title

May Day, by Josie Jaffrey definitely jumps to mind for this prompt since I read it recently and really enjoyed it! I really loved this book, with murder, vampires, and our very chaotic mc!
Name a book with a knife on the cover

Empire Of Sand, by Tasha Suri comes to mind for this prompt. I love the knife on the cover of this book, and I really enjoyed the actual story too! Tasha Suri is a new and favourite author of mine and that started with this book!
Name a book with the word โoneโ in the title

One For All, by Lillie Lainoff is definitely my answer for this prompt! This book is on my tbr, I am impatiently waiting for this book to be published here! I cannot wait to read a book by a disabled author with a disabled mc, and the book has lgbtq+ rep too so I’m very excited!
Name a book with an eponymous title

So for this I went with a recent read of mine – The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo, by Taylor Jenkins Reid. This was such an emotional read and I really loved it, it was such a compelling read!
Name a book turned into a movie

For this prompt Lord Of The Rings jumped to mind! Aha, very popular and hard not to remember!
This tag was a lot of fun and definitely had me racking my brain!! Have you read any of these books or do you have any on your tbr?
Love this! You’ve included so many amazing books. I have a few of these on my TBR, Evelyn Hugo & Shadow of the Gods, both of which I’m excited for. Also glad to hear you enjoyed May Day and Empire of Sand, both Jaffrey and Suri are favourite authors of mine ๐

Aah yes to Evelyn Hugo! Australia – The Thorn Birds, quite a few of Wilbur Smith’s books (there’s a Smith for you as well) and The Pearl Sister!
This was a fun tag for sure.
