Upcoming Books I am Looking Forward To!

Hello BookNerds! So I have been a little slow with reading this month and haven’t requested many ARC’s to avoid stressing but I have finally got around to requesting and receiving some that I have been anticipating! So let’s see what upcoming reads I am looking forward to!

The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue, by V.E. Schwab

So I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to VE Schwab (I know – shame on me) but I really enjoyed ADSOM book #1 and when I read the synopsis of this book it sounded like it was even more of my style! I was lucky enough to get a Netgalley EArc of this intriguing book and am super excited to jump into it!

The Once And Future Witches, by Alix E. Harrow

You all probably know by now that I LOVED The Ten Thousand Doors Of January so when I saw that Alix E Harrow had this beautiful witchy book coming out I had to try and grab a copy and luckily I received a physical ARC and I am so very ecited to read it because it sounds fascinating! This is high up on my anticipated reads because magic and witches – it just sounds perfect!

The Betrayals, by Bridget Collins

If you checked out my library wishlist post then you know I am waiting for The Binding by Bridget Collins so I have yet to read any of this author’s works. BUT this book sounds incredibly interesting and I managed to get a Netgalley EArc of it! Thus, it made its way onto my anticipated reads list and I cannot wait to read it.

The Ikessar Falcon (Chronicles Of The Bitch Queen Book #2), by K.S. Villoso

Have you read The Wolf Of Oren-Yaro yet? Because it is amazing and the sequel is soon to be dropped! I have been anticipating the next instalment of this series and it finally popped up on netgalley and I managed to grab an EArc! I am thrilled to have this book on my TBR and am incredibly excited to dive into it.

  2. Great list! I just bought The Wolf of Oren-Yaro the other day but I have heard lots of great things about it. Very intrigued! Also, I love Schwab so much and I caved and got the SE for Addie La Rue even though my savings weep 😂 I couldn’t resist though. So lucky you got the eARC! I hope you enjoy it 😀

  3. Don’t feel bad, I’m a completely Schwab newbie but very much looking forward to The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue. The Once And Future Witches is high on my TBR list as well.

  4. I am a Schwab fan – loved Vicious and A Darker Shade of Magic – so I am looking forward to eventually reading The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue.

    • Awwhhh don’t worry I still have The Binding sitting on the pending shelf fromm MONTHS AGO – which is why I’m waiting for my library to have it available instead 😭😭 I hope they give The Betrayas to you!!!! 😊💜

  11. You have such a lovely collection to look forward to 🤗 I wanted to request The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue from NetGalley but it was no longer available so I just wished for it. I don’t know how often such wishes are granted, but it was worth a try!
